Hey you! Yes I am talking to you, the Metal Gear Solid fans that have tears running down your face!  Remember the time that Konami kicked Hideo Kojima right out of the building and said it was forever than Kojima refused to speak to anyone about the issue?  Or even the time that Konami got all the way through three quarters of the game Metal Gear Solid V and then decided that it was done?

The series creator Hideo Kojima may in fact have left Konami, but just as the publisher threatened, they in fact have plans for these new Metal Gear games, they just will not be on home consoles.

Well now get ready and prepare yourself for next exciting stage in this company’s quest in order to completely obliterate one of gaming’s greatest series; Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater – Yes, It is a Slot Machine.

The plans are for a new pachinko game which is a type of slot machine that is very popular within Japan.

Pachinko machines are mostly based on very well-known games, movies, as well as anime, and this latest one will be based on Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater

Yes, you did read that right; having effectively besmirched Castlevania as well as Silent Hill, Konami, the source of all things as long as it is not a video game, has now turned their attention to Hideo Kojima’s masterwork.

Yet the really odd issue is that it has recreated some of the game’s most famous cut scenes with an all new cutting edge visual.

Alright, the majorly spruced up cut-scenes do look a bit swanky – you may just think you are actually in a live-action territory for just a second or two.
