WiXX is a gorgeous video slot released in October 2017 by Malta-based software provider Nolimit City. The game draws inspiration from a Tron style look, with a great background image, fantastic animations, a soundtrack that adds to a sense of mystery and various bonuses activated by winning with certain symbols.

The simplistic, but gorgeous visuals are not the only thing going for the slot, as the RTP of 96.61% is well above average for video slots. Alongside those, there are several bonuses available. The background image is rather simplistic, offering little than a static background depicting the logo, several colors, and a bright yellow glow from beneath the reels themselves. Symbols include four crystal shards with various colors and shapes, a ruby, a topaz and a sapphire crystal.

The ruby, topaz and sapphire crystals are also special symbols, as they activate different bonuses when part of a four-of-a-kind winning combinations. There’s also a star-shaped chunk of multi-colored metal, which is the Wild, and replaces all other symbols.

How to Play

The slot is played on a 4x3 playing field with 81 ways to win – pays being rewarded for collecting three or more identical symbols in adjacent tiles, going from left to right.

Players can set their wagers between $0.10 up to $50 by changing their line bet. As there are no paylines, gamblers cannot turn them on or off to lower or increase the total bet.

The Autoplay function allows players to play up to 100 spins with a single button press. They can also stop if the balance above or beneath a certain level.

Strategy & Tips

There are several bonuses available, all granted by getting four-of-a-kind wins. Four-of-a-kind ruby wins grant a re-spin where all ruby icons turn Wild and become stacked.

Four-of-a-kind topaz wins reward a re-spin during which all crystals become boosted, increasing their pays by 5x. Topaz icons also become stacked.

Four-of-a-kind sapphire wins will get you a re-spin where sapphires become stacked, and the fourth reel can only hold sapphires.

It is possible to win two four-of-a-kind wins with different symbols. If that happens, their effects combine.
