In Collinsville, IL there is a racetrack that was once extremely popular and though they get a great many visitors to this day – they are unsure of whether or not they are going to have the money to survive any longer. This is because they are not getting customers, clients and business like they used too. Many of the younger generation seem to have fallen into new technology and traps when it comes to placing their money on things – which means that those real races that happen – are not so exciting anymore.

Fairmount Park has been around for quite some time and the leaders of the track are not ready to let it go just yet. They feel that they can turn the track around, but they are going to need some help. They want to bring in new technology for this cause, and that means getting the approval from the state and law officials that have to oversee and approve it.
